Just graduated from my first NLP step. Took even deeper dive into my mind. Some exercises take you back in time and you discover the energy in you and the possibility to change history and your reflection to your history. You do that in a warm coaching environment and coach each other. What a journey it was?

These methods will be applied in my Stetson-coaching fully. One discovery is clear from my coaching focus, startup CEO's and founders, that without self development plan there is no success in your business plan.
